OUR CONTRIBUTORS
This international project is based on a website (blog) on which articles about the legal issues connected to SARS-CoV-2 will be published. The texts will be written in English, Polish, German and French, by young scholars from Poland and abroad. The texts in different languages will function in parallel – they will not be translated, unless there is a necessity to do so or the author is capable of providing a quality translation.
OUR CONTRIBUTIONS
The articles should be linked to different legal problems. Articles on international public law, constitutional law, substantive private law, penal law and procedural law will be particularly welcome. We may include high quality articles from related fields, especially connected to economics and social psychology, which might be interesting for lawyers and legal scholars.
THE PARTICIPANTS
We hope to reach foreign authors and reviewers through international contacts and research networks. We greatly appreciate the cooperation of researchers involved in other international projects.
THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD
The Scientific Advisory Board will be composed of senior academics from different reputable universities. We already have Scientific Advisors from France, USA, Japan, China, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, and Poland.
THE CO-ORGANISERS
Our Academic Supervisor is prof. Piotr Szwedo. We cooperate with the OKSPO Center for Foreign Law Schools, JU.
We created a blog.
We will publish articles and commentaries on the interrelations between law and pandemics.
There is no character limit. We accept texts in English, French, German, Spanish and Polish. All texts should undergo language corrections prior to submission. The differences between an article and a commentary are described in the guidelines.
We are open to suggestions and collaboration.
